How do I sign up or learn more?
To learn more about this program, please reach out to our email, or give the clinic a call at 519-434-3881.
To sign up please follow the process below:
Step 1: Reach out to our email or call the clinic at 519-434-3881 to set up an observation date. The observation is for you to come out to our class to watch and ask any questions you might have. You will meet some of the coaches teaching the class & boxers participating in the program.
Step 2: If you are happy with the program and would like to sign up, we require a medical release form signed by a physician indicating that you are okay to participate in the program. We can fax this for you.
Step 3: Once we receive the medical release form completed, we will set up an assessment with you at our Wharnliffe clinic location. The assessment is free of charge and is to assess your balance, strength and gait. This assessment allows us to determine whether the KO-PD program is appropriate and safe to meet your individual fitness needs.
After all 3 steps are successfully complete, you will be able to participate in our classes.
